In my previous writing I argued that document retrieval alone does not make enterprise AI trustworthy. Hallucinations shrink when knowledge is not a bag of chunks, but a set of objects with identity, structure, provenance, and version.

Identity means a term, procedure, or control is the same thing across documents. Structure means relationships, prerequisites, and constraints are explicit. Evidence means answers can point back to what the enterprise actually approved. Version means what was true last quarter is not silently mixed with what is true today.

ForgePilot’s methodology starts here: before agents act, knowledge must be computable enough that a model cannot invent what the organization never said.
