Humanoid robots are improving at motion. Factories still stall on something quieter: the knowledge of how work is supposed to run — SOPs, quality rules, exceptions, and who may authorize what.
Better actuators do not replace enterprise knowledge. Robots and software agents share the same bottleneck: without computable operational knowledge, autonomy is either brittle or unsafe.
The manufacturing wedge for ForgePilot follows that thesis — agents that carry production knowledge, not only models that chat about it.
